Jefferson-Clarion Family Literacy

POSITION OVERVIEW: The Family Case Manager works with families to identify and to meet adult education and family literacy goals and meet performance standards set by the Bureau of ABLE. He/she recruits families, completes all initial orientation paperwork, reviews goals and analyzes assessments, coordinates with instructor, makes referrals to other community resources, assists learners with transitioning into post-secondary education, training, and employment, and assists learners with barriers to participation.

 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

 

Level A – Early Accredited four-year degree. Preference afforded to those with background in education or human services field.

 

Entry level: $14.01 per hour

 

Part-Time Position: 40 hours per week
