FAMILY SERVICES MANAGER

 

POSITION OVERVIEW: The Family Services Area Manager plans and administers procedures related to Eligibility, Recruitment, Selection, Enrollment, and Attendance; Family and Community Partnerships; and Child Abuse and Neglect service areas. She/he coordinates their program of activities with staff in other content areas and with other community agencies, engages in ongoing assessment of the quality of services provided, communicates effectively with others, and cooperates successfully as a member of the Management Team. The Family Services Area Manager provides staff training and development, furnishes supervision for ongoing program development, and meets all specific content area requirements.

 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

 

Level A– A graduate degree in Social Work, Family Studies and Human Development, Psychology, Guidance, Rehabilitative Science, Sociology, or related social service field.

 

Level B– An undergraduate degree in Social Work, Family Studies and Human Development, Psychology, Guidance, Rehabilitative Science, sociology, or related social service field. Prefer two years’ experience in a social service position.

 

Entry level: $35,371 – $37,490 Salary Exempt

 

Full-time, Exempt Position: Monday- Friday, minimum 40 hours/week

 

Location: Brookville Central Office
